The company has 38 Nos. Mechanical Power Presses ranging from 10 Ton to 150 Tons capacity and 9 Nos. Hydraulic Presses of 50 to 150 Tons capacity for Deep drawing purpose.

The company also has supporting processes like Spot welding, Arc Welding. To facilitate customer requirements for single end sourcing the company also undertakes plating ( Zinc, Tin , Nickel & Silver), Blackening, Painting, Powder Coating, Brazing, riveting, Heat treatment and component sub-assemblies.

The company has modernised tool room with experienced designers and Tool makers. The tools are designed and developed rapidly in accordance with customer drawing and sample component specifications. We are very strong in Tool Engineering and Tool design working with very short lead time.

Since these products cater to a spectrum of Automobile industries in critical areas, and high degree of quality consciousness marks the activities and ensure uniform quality.

The annual turnover of the company is presently is about INR 60 Million and is steadily growing at the rate of 50% annually.

The company already initiated to export components to U.K and Switzerland.. KKPTC have three Plants located in Chennai, South India, which has two of India's largest seaports operating frequent services to Europe, America and the Far East. Chennai is also home to one of India's largest International Airports.
