BROWN RICE PUTTU(RED MATTA)- this puttu is prepared from raw brown rice or red kozhiyal rice. This Puttu is pink in colour. Very tasty, nutritious and healthy. Ideally preferable for breakfast food. Suitable for diabetics & pre diabetic persons.

BROWN RIC IDIAPPAM (RED MATTA)-Normally we consume white idiappam. This red idiappam is prepared from red raw brown rice. If a person consumes this red idiappam he gets a different softy-tasty-healthy feeling. It digests easily. The bran preserved cereal food like red idiappam is ideally good for diabetics & health care needing senior citizens. The Sri Lankans are very much fond of this idiappam with fish curry.
